TRANSFERS & ROLLOVER POLICY
Refunds are not available for this event. Instead, we have expanded our rollover and transfer policies.
At any stage up until race entries close, you can transfer your entry to another runner and we will maintain an “Ultra Series SA Buy/Swap/Sell” page (click here) for you to promote an available entry and the rules and guidelines will be spelled out in that group.
You will be able to ROLLOVER your entry to the following year up until the 31st August with the rollover option ceasing from this date with the following exception – If you jump on in as a volunteer at Heysen for that year, then we will roll your entry into the following year.
You can action your own transfers from the link received on your registration confirmation email when first registering. For all rollover requests, please email registrations@ultraseries.com.au
VOLUNTEERS
The Heysen 105 relies on the help of a big team of volunteers to make the event happen. If you would like to help out at Heysen, please fill in the form on the website.
Your contribution will go towards our volunteer incentive where you will receive 20% race entry discount (can be gifted or accrued) to any of our events nationwide.

AVH MEDALLION
Heysen has partnered with sister event Ultra Adelaide, to celebrate the connection of 2 events to take runners on a journey covering every step of trail from the heart of the Adelaide CBD, all the way to Victor Harbor. In doing so, runners cover a total of over 270k when combing the Ultra Adelaide 100 miler with the Heysen 115k events.
When runners complete this mammoth combination of events in a calendar year, we commemorate them with the AVH (Adelaide to Victor Harbor) medallion. Each runner achieving this, will be celebrated and presented with their medallion at the Heysen finish line!
